Return Policy

James Paul Cheung will accept returned merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase at jamespaulcheung.com.  Merchandise purchased at a discount of 41% off or more, or labeled as "Clearance", may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping transit time. 

To initiate a return, please take the following steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for us.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved , you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.  After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

If you are having an issue and would like assistance initiating a return, please send us an email at info@jamespaulcheung.com with your order number and the reason you are returning your item(s).

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.  We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@jamespaulcheung.com and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be returned to us for inspection.

  • Items not returned are not eligible for refunds.

  • Claims submitted without photos or outside the 48-hour window cannot be processed.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We do not accept chargebacks as a substitute for our return process. Customers are required to contact us directly so we can resolve any issue promptly and fairly.
